Frankly, all PADI IDC programs are the
same. What makes them different is the Course Director
philosophy. Togan Müftüoglu is the most experienced Course
Director in Turkey. Of the instructors working in the Turkish
resorts, 70 % of them did their IDC with him. Candidates choose
his programs from different parts of Europe as well Turkey like
Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland Germany, Bulgaria
and Russia. In fact the very first IDC conducted in Russia was
taught by him with 100 % pass rate.
